Woosuk University is located in the gorgeous city of Jeonju. This city is rich with national history, cultural festivals, and of course, food. In addition, this city is about two hours from Seoul by train.
To participate in this program, students must take 6 credits of Korean Language & Culture. Students choose another 6 credits that can either fulfill major or goal area requirements at Saint Cloud State University. Students should meet with an advisor in the Education Abroad office to review course options. The credits earned at Woosuk University will transfer back to St. Cloud State University.
Students can easily take the fast train to Seoul for a weekend excursion in a vibrant city with interesting palaces, museums, restaurants, and night life. In addition, this university is located near the celebrated Jeonju Hanok Village. This village is one of the most famous tourist attractions for architecture in South Korea.
