Faculty/Staff are invited to submit proposals for new and repeating faculty-led programs. To start an application please click on the "apply now" button above.

To help assist with the process, we have created a guide for the proposals that can be found here(Faculty Program Guide_2021.pdf) to help creating an application.

The required application forms include:
  • Alnwick Program Design

  • Program Budget
    • There will be a template and instructions in the online system
  • Program Content
    • Information about the course(s) being offered
  • Program Leader
    • Information about who will be leading the program
  • Risk Assessment

Once your proposal is finalized, it will be submitted for review by the University International Advisor Council (UIAC). After approval from the UIAC, CIS will send it on to the provost for final approval. If the proposal is approved, CIS will contact the faculty/staff program leader regarding next steps for the program.

The proposal deadlines:

Oct. 1 with a Dec. 1 notification of approval
April 1 with a June 1 notification of approval

Proposals should be submitted at least one year in advance of the proposed program date. Programs can be proposed to run for one academic year or for two academic years consecutively.

We look forward to receiving your proposal.
