Overview

Spend three-weeks over your summer at Northumbria Univeristy! During your time abroad, you will take courses in current topics such as sustainability, corporate social responsibility, research methods, culture and sport. The program is delivered in state-of-the-art facilities, including the double AACSB-accredited Newcastle Business School, named Business School of the Year by Times Higher Education in 2015. While attending courses you will also have the opportunity to explore the city center that is full of shops and restaurants. You can also visit the student suburbs, such as Jesmond and Heaton. These are home to vibrant historic music venues such as The Cluny, and cosy places to eat. Newcastle is big enough to be constantly entertained and surprised, yet small enough to easily travel around on the underground Metro system, by bike, bus, or on foot.  The famous Quayside has amazing restaurants with views of the iconic Millennium Bridge, Tyne Bridge, Sage Gateshead and BALTIC Arts Centre.
