Students studying in Ingolstadt will be able to expand on their business-related knowledge while experiencing a traditional German city with modern flair. Centered in the middle of the Bavarian countryside, students can experience the historical side of Germany. While staying in Ingolstadt, students will be studying at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt with a curriculum focusing on International Business and technical studies. For this program, only 6 students are allowed admittance per semester.
The courses in this program fit best with Business majors and minors and is especially suited towards International Business majors and minors. Students can take a mixture of German language courses with other subjects centering on The European Union, Marketing, Management, and Intercultural Communications. Students will be taking 5 courses totaling 15 credits.
Ingolstadt is a traditional city with a modern flair and it is full of life. It is located on the beautiful banks of the fabled "Blue" Danube and is about 50 miles north of Munich. While studying in Ingolstadt, students can experience life as a local and also explore the historical Bavarian country side, view modern Germany through a visit to Berlin or Europa-Park, the largest theme park in Germany. If students wish to explore other countries in Europe, the Eurail Group sells train passes that can be used on multiple lines throughout Europe for a fair price.
Apartments located in the middle of Ingolstadt are conveniently placed within walking distance of campus. In addition, shopping, entertainment, and convenient transportation options like the train are all located a few minutes away by foot.
