PSY 330: Cross Cultural Psychology
This course is for those students that have an interest in or wish to enhance their understanding of how culture influences behavior and thought. There is no language requirement or pre-requisites and the course can be used as a university elective. The class will meet at least four times before departure for instructional and group building activities and will hold regular one-hour meetings on the tour.
An exciting line up of bucket-list destinations await you on the Italy/Greece Tour including: Rome, The Vatican City, Florence, Pompeii, Delphi, Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, Ephesus/Turkey, and more! Visiting the Vatican City will give you the chance to explore the beauty of St. Peter’s Basilica which is considered the most renowned piece of renaissance architecture. The site has a long history and has proved to be important in the daily lives of natives as well as a site of pilgramage for artists all over the world. A three-day Greek island cruise is a highlight for many students who enjoy the beautiful view of picturesque blue water and the excursions on each of the islands.
SCSU students will stay in a range of hotels during their time abroad as well as cruise cabins on their trip to the Greek Islands.
